JAN 4, 2016. One year ago today I chose to quit drinking alcohol. Best decision I ever made, and today I celebrate one year of the absolute beauty and peace that come with the clarity of sobriety. (The tattoo commemorates this glorious day.) I am proud and confident and have never felt more so. Thank you eternally to my Jules who is my rock and was there next to me the whole ride.
