People sometimes ask me if I am ALWAYS positive, or how I stay positive. The truth is, I actually am a super upbeat person. But I am a human as well, which means I have ups and downs, and fears and worries just like everyone else. I try to choose positivity as much as possible but just like everyone else, I have voices in my head that sometimes say negative things. • The other day it was made mention that vulnerability is weakness. I strongly disagree, and I believe being able to show vulnerability is a sign of strength. So to build up my vulnerability muscles, for the month of July, my birth month, I am going to make 31 illustrations that express one of my own fears, worries or weaknesses. • Most often, our fears come as voices in our head, like this ongoing cluster of text messages just swirling around in there. And it’s best to get them out. So for my first piece, this is something that often is heard amongst the chatter in MY head...π¬π―π ————————- No. 1/31 ⚡️ Art by Jason Naylor
