@artboatnyc was the most challenging thing I’ve ever painted, for a few reasons. Primarily because it is cold AF. It is a test of your motivation to drag yourself into the cold to work all day, and it made me feel good about myself for doing it, but it was kind of brutal. Secondly, the constant rocking of the boat made it a moving target. Imagine painting straight lines on a canvas that’s moving up and down?! LOL it had to really get my sea legs in check 😂.
