I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing. I was in a sculpture class in school, and we were talking about how to cut foam core in parallel lines to make it bend like a skateboard ramp. It seemed so important... I recently visited the 9/11 memorial and we were fortunate to have the most passionate, informative guide who brought me tears multiple times, it was so damn powerful. Let’s take a moment to remember together today that our trivial daily challenges don’t matter. There are much bigger things happening out there and while we are grateful for what we have and for our own lives, let’s remember those who gave and lost theirs. Let’s remember the courage, the bravery and the heart. Let’s remember the heroes. Remember. 🖤 Art by Jason Naylor
